Congratulations to James Troyer of Beaver Springs, PA!

We flew James into San Diego to claim his ultimate prize, the ’66 Chevelle LS2 swapped RestoMod AND $20,000 in cash. James was still recovering from his shock of winning when he stepped into the garage to see his Chevelle in person for the first time. If there’s one thing we’ve learned about all these giveaways we’ve done, it’s that everyone reacts to winning SO differently, and every time we hand a winner the keys to their prize, we get a new, authentic reaction that puts a smile on our face. In James’ case, this was probably the craziest and coolest thing that has happened in his life thus far, and being a young man who’s never had the opportunity to own a classic, it’s been a truly shocking and unforgettable experience for him. But he wasn’t nervous when he went out for his first drive. He RIPPED it! James brought his brother-in-law Arlin with him for the wild trip and we put them up in a dope hotel in the bay for the weekend. We will ship the car to James in PA where he eagerly awaits its arrival.

James probably had one of the most talked about winner phone calls in recent memory, and the natural shock and skepticism of winning such a grand prize was very entertaining to watch on the livestream. Check out that video below.
