The Apocalyptic Cars of Mad Max: Fury Road

Mad Max: Fury Road is now in theaters and the reviews are awesome. People are loving the newest edition of the 35 year old franchise. We are going to see it this weekend and we wanted to take a look at a few of the sick car builds that we can expect to see blown up.

The coolest part is all the cars are real, functioning vehicles, that means no CGI. Colin Gibson, the production designer responsible for all the cars in Mad Max: Fury Road made every single one of them functional, because the desert doesn’t suffer mechanical fools lightly.

You’ve probably already seen a few trailers and assumed that Mad Max is yet another in a long string of CGI-addled action flicks. Nope. Nearly all the stunts in the movie were real, running and badass!
