A Look Back At The Amazing Ron Pratte Car Collection

1963 Shelby 350GT Fastback

This incredible Shelby Mustang GT350 was fully restored in 2003 in the factory-correct Ivy Green with white LeMans stripes and black interior. It was in the collection of SPEED TV co-founder Roger Williams for more than 10 years, and it still bears the Speedvision Network paddock credentials on the windshield from when he took this car to the Monaco-Historics in 2000. Under the hood is the original 306hp, high output 289 V8 backed by the original 4-speed transmission. Both have been fully rebuilt within the past 1,000 miles using correct NOS parts. The car retains its original dash-mounted tachometer, optional fold-down rear seat, wood steering wheel and AM radio, and it rolls on the original 10-spoke aluminum wheels that are not reproductions. This car is listed in the Shelby American World Registry and comes with the original Shelby owner’s manual supplement, Shelby authentication and more.
