1962 Chevrolet Corvette Convertible

This is an all-original body panel Corvette. An all-new GM Performance crated LS3 motor with 525 hp. Special-built Tremec 5-speed with a .64 overdrive top gear. Special mix PPG Vibrance cinnamon candy orange tinted with more pearl and darker tint to make a one-off color. Custom one-piece engine cover. Modified factory frame painted to match interior with suspension painted to match exterior. Vintage Air A/C with Vintage Air special billet front runner. The Corvette’s front suspension consists of Jim Meyers tubular A-arms with Viking adjustable coilovers. Power disc brakes with Wilwood six-piston front calibers, with 14-inch drilled and slotted rotors and the rear with four-piston calibers and drilled and slotted rotors and emergency brakes, with 20-inch custom-built Budnik wheels, 8-inch front, 9-inch rear with painted inserts. Specially added third taillights for custom look. Be Cool all-polished radiator with electric fan. Power windows and power hood, with ’67 Corvette-style hood painted to match interior with fire look. Flaming River tilt steering column with custom steering wheel. Custom ceramic-coated headers with 3-inch polished stainless steel exhaust with Magalow custom mufflers, exiting through the lower body panel in front of the rear wheels. Custom dash with Dakota Digital gauges with tan custom light. Custom center console with a custom-built stereo system with Kenwood receiver, DVD; iPod/Pandora/Bluetooh/Sirius XM-ready. 12-inch Kenwood sub with 300-watt Kenwood power amplifer and Kenwood speakers and power antenna. Tan leather reclining seats with snakeskin accents from Al Knoch Corvette Interiors, custom door panels with built-in speakers and a fully covered leather dash. New softtop frame painted to match interior with tan stay-fast material. Trunk is fully covered to match interior with special two-tone painted hinges for the custom look. Softtop area is fully covered in tan soft material to protect the top when it is down. Everything is like new, many custom features with special chrome fasteners, etc. No expense spared. Over two years to build. Built to drive and enjoy.
