The 1969 Chevrolet Camaro offered here was born of that same inspiration, specifically the rare aluminum-engine ZL1. A custom rotisserie build, it shows what can be done when combining a classic muscle car with today’s wide range of aftermarket components. Central to this car’s personality is Chevrolet’s Anniversary Edition 427 aluminum-block crate engine that recreates the original all-aluminum ZL1 while incorporating such important upgrades as a stronger block and a hydraulic cam for smooth street operation and reduced maintenance. Number 121 of the series of 427 Anniversary Edition engines, it delivers 430 HP through a Tremec 5-speed transmission to a Ford 9-inch rear end. Power steering, Wilwood four-wheel disc brakes and BF Goodrich G-Force T/As on 18-inch Budnik aluminum wheels combine to give the car 21st century-grade handling.
