1969 Chevelle Restomod Burnout
We’ve all seen our share of burnout fails, and they always make me cringe visibly. Something about all that beautiful steel combined with countless hours of hard work getting all banged up or burned up or whatever just hits me where it hurts.
This video has all the makings of a solid fail. Beautifully restored 1969 Chevelle that clearly has some serious horsepower under the hood, concrete barriers and other cars everywhere, it could all go so wrong so fast. So when this guy lights up the tires, starts to drift a little to the side and looks to be overcorrecting a bit with the steering, I could just see this thing going seriously sideways.
I severely underestimated the skills of this marvelously mustachioed man behind the wheel. Check out his calm demeanor as he handles this thing like a champ, I would have been sweating bullets.
