The car is modeled on a 1967 Shelby GT500, packing the requisite 427 V8, sourced from Ford Performance. This is then hooked up to a Tremec T5 five-speed manual transmission. The steering has been vigorously upgraded to a hydraulic system, and sway bars have been fitted to the new coilover suspension. As you’d probably expect, you’ll also find disc brakes on all four wheels. All in all, this makes the Mustang an effortless joy of a drive.
